Tasty Tip of the Day: Loose Weight, Get Healthy and Increase Your Wealth

Last night I cooked chicken sausage with Gouda cheese, cranberries and walnuts and served it with scalloped potatoes and green beans. We had organic strawberries for dessert. Total cost for the meal? under $10.00.
How would an extra $200 or more help you each month?  What if you invested that once a year, $2400?  Or perhaps you need to pay off debt with it?  Eating at home can save you not only your health and waistline but a bundle in money.  Remember, you are training your children with your actions.
Cost for my family to eat at McDonalds? $24.00.  And I can tell you, McDonalds does not serve the kind of meal we had last night.  Besides that, my kids hate McDonalds and loved my dinner last night!
I challenge you to track what you spend on eating out for one month.  Don't change your current habit and track every penny in a notebook.  Then keep reading this blog to learn how I feed my family of 4 on $100. a week, plus allow some healthier eating out for very little more.
